Beth Orton - Daybreaker (Four Tet remix) … from The Other Side Of Daybreak (Astralwerks).
[ True Story: i randomly ran into Beth Orton on Sunday evening. She was so kind and put me and friend on the guest list to her sold out performance on Monday evening at The Chapel, a new music venue in San Francisco that i had been dying to check out. Wonderful performance and lovely venue. Thank you Beth. Also worth noting; James Bay as the opening performer.]
Untitled, 2011.
My practice is strictly analogue, the inherent depth and delicacy of the photographic medium compliments my endeavour to make work that ventures to otherworldly domains. To make images that ask more questions than they answer and can somehow transcend the surface is the continuous force that drives me; these paper ghosts, making realities unreal. ~ via smile in your face
